Thank you for choosing Joanne Davies Wellbeing.

 

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations can prevent other clients from accessing treatment. This policy helps ensure fairness to all clients and supports the smooth running of the clinic.

Appointment Bookings

Appointments can be booked directly with Joanne Davies Wellbeing or through Risca Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic and via our Jane App.

​

Cancellation Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

• More than 48 hours' notice – No charge.

• 24–48 hours' notice – 50% of the treatment fee may be charged.

• Less than 24 hours' notice – 100% of the treatment fee may be charged.

• Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("No Show") – 100% of the treatment fee will be charged.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. The full appointment fee will still apply.

Illness & Emergencies

I understand that unexpected circumstances and genuine emergencies can arise. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency. Exceptions may be considered at my discretion.

Prepaid Treatments & Gift Vouchers

Prepaid treatments and gift voucher appointments remain subject to this cancellation policy. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the treatment session being deducted from your package or voucher.

Practitioner Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Joanne Davies Wellbeing needs to cancel or rearrange an appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment as soon as possible. Any prepaid fees will be transferred to the new appointment or refunded if appropriate.
