Myofascial Release Therapy is a gentle yet highly effective hands on treatment that focuses on releasing restrictions within the fascia – the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, joints, nerves and organs throughout the body.
Physical stress, injury, poor posture, repetitive movements and emotional tension can all contribute to fascial tightness and restriction, leading to discomfort, reduced mobility and persistent aches and pains.
Using sustained, gentle pressure and stretching techniques, Myofascial Release Therapy works to ease these restrictions, helping to restore balance, improve movement and reduce tension throughout the body.
